While you may think that you will finish off the last pack that you have in your purse or the carton in the fridge, it will ultimately lead to another pack, so make sure that you set a date on when you want to quit by. That way, you have a goal that you are trying to reach.

As stated above, quitting smoking is very, very hard and if you are serious about it, the time should be now. You need to start making plans to quit smoking and start making changes in your own life. For example, if you take smoke breaks at a certain time, you will need to find something to do in that time frame now.
